BMB 002 Praia Grande – Obramax

BMB 002 Praia Grande – Obramax

Developed by the Adeo Group, BMB 002 Praia Grande – Obramax is a building material retail store located in São Paulo. Committed to delivering the best practical experience, the Adeo Group aims to save their customers time, energy and money in their efforts to construct, install, retrofit and maintain their own buildings.

With the sustainability of the future in mind, the new retail project uses environmental design concepts such as natural lighting on the roof and a highly reflective building envelope. The commissioning of building systems throughout all stages of the project delivers excellent energy performance. Concerned with the issue of protecting water supplies, the Adeo Group has chosen a rainwater harvesting system that collects 100% of the water needed for toilets and garden irrigation.

Founded in 1923, the Adeo Group has become the third largest building materials retailer in the world, with more than 700 stores and a turnover of more than 17 billion euros per year. BMB 001 Cambuci – Obramax has also been EDGE certified.

BMB 002 Praia Grande – Obramax has received final EDGE certification from thinkstep-SGS.
