In this interactive session, we’ll show you how to use both the EDGE App and IFC’s resilience assessment tool to build higher quality and better-performing buildings in the Philippines. The Resilience Assessment Tool helps developers assess location-specific risks to their building that are a result of climate change or natural disasters. In this session, you’ll also learn about IFC’s approach to investment in the real estate sector and how EDGE works with banks and governments.
