Join us on Wednesday, November 11 at 8:30 am PST (Peru local time) for a discussion about the resources available to Peruvians to learn about sustainable construction and accelerate the country’s transition onto a more low carbon path. The webinar, organized by IFC, the Peruvian Council for Sustainable Construction, and the Consortium of the Prodoc Phase of the CEELA Project, will promote discussion on current challenges for sustainable construction and on opportunities to incentivize university programs to offer courses on resource efficient design.
During the webinar, IFC will also present their new Design for Greater Efficiencies course, which aims to address the gap in sustainable construction skills in countries like Peru. The online course was created with support from Switzerland’s State Secretariat of Economic Affairs (SECO). The event will be held in English and Spanish, with simultaneous translation.
