Developed by Fibra Hotel, AC Hotel by Marriott Veracruz is comprised of 164 guestrooms located in the vibrant city of its name. The hotel’s architecture is inspired by timeless European design and modernity with an emphasis on resource efficiency. Guests can easily walk to the World Trade Center Veracruz, trendy stores and local attractions.
The hotel’s design maximizes the use of income generating spaces while minimizing operating expenses and respecting the environment. Solutions include energy-saving lighting and HVAC systems and water-efficient plumbing at no incremental construction costs. Utility savings are estimated at US$7,245 per month.
Fibra Hotel, which also manages AC Hotel by Marriott Veracruz, intends to fulfill its vision of promoting resource-saving practices in Mexico by EDGE-certifying its future hotel projects. AC Hotel by Marriott Veracruz has received final EDGE certification from GBCI.

Reduced window to wall ratio, insulation of external walls, low-E coated glass, air conditioning with air cooled screw chiller, and energy-saving lighting systems for back-of-house, internal and external spaces.

Low-flow faucets in kitchens and bathrooms, single flush and flush valve for water closets, water-efficient urinals, and aerators and auto shut-off faucets.
Materials
Facing brick and hollow concrete blocks for external walls.
