Acereto
Acereto is a collection of homes in a 12-story residential tower with eight different styles for a total of 132 units. Designed by DSB Arquitectos and developed by AG Construction and Design S.A.S., the project is located in a quiet area of the Cedritos neighborhood of Bogotá close to nearby amenities needed for everyday life. In addition to the energy and water-saving solutions that have been selected through EDGE, the project features a green roof, pedestrian paths and a garden to connect residents to the natural environment. The building, which does not require heating or cooling to provide thermal comfort, is made of honeycomb clay blocks, a material which is advantageous from a low-carbon perspective.
