Acqua Marine

Acqua Marine

Acqua Marine is a residential project in Reserva do Paiva, the first planned destination in the Metropolitan Region of Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. Residents enjoy Reserva do Paiva’s impressive location, sitting on 530 hectares and offering views of the surrounding forest, rivers, and seas.

Acqua Marine’s 48 four-bedroom units were designed to reduce their environmental impact and lower utility costs for residents. Reflective paint, energy-saving lighting, external shading devices, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and a rainwater harvesting system contribute to the units’ energy and water savings.

Iron House, the developer of the project, is committed to the sustainable development of the cities in which it operates.

Acqua Marine has received Final EDGE Certification from GBCI.
