Aeté Jardim Paulista
Aeté is a project that focuses on nature, plants, wood and water to compose a design that is integrated with the surrounding landscape. The project is located in the Jardim Paulista neighborhood, in the western region of São Paulo, one of the most developed areas in terms of infrastructure and cultural options. Aeté features 14 5-bedroom apartments with an average floor space of 265.6 square meters.
The building has acoustic comfort measures, a generator for 100% of the units and common areas, a fitness area, playground and swimming pool. Residents will benefit from the energy and water efficiency measures such as external shading devices, energy-efficient boilers and solar hot water collectors incorporated into the building, projected to yield a total of 25% of savings in utility costs.
