Alliance Place
Alliance Place is a Grade-A office building situated in Ikoyi, Lagos. The modern eco-friendly office features a light and airy ground floor reception area and over seven floors of flexible office space.
Resource-efficient design features and technologies were installed to reduce the office building’s environmental impact and lower its operating costs. The orientation of the building was also considered, optimizing the office’s natural daylight and ventilation.
Alliance Place was developed by Edimara Properties Limited, a joint venture between the African Capital Alliance (ACA) and Samges Investments Limited. Tenants include the ACA and IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. The resource-efficient building aligns with both organizations’ commitments to sustainable development.
Alliance Place has received final EDGE certification from Sintali-SGS.
