Almar – Torre A

Almar – Torre A

The Almar residential project in Santa Elena will become an icon of the Punta Blanca panorama, located at the highest geographical point in the area. Torre A of the project will include 36 apartments and two penthouses with direct ocean views. The tower was designed to incorporate the hill – the highest point of the project – as the main axis in the design of the building and its amenities to encourage residents and visitors to enjoy the surrounding environment.

The tower was also designed to utilize resource efficient features and technologies to reduce energy and water use. In addition to these measures, more than 50 percent of the project’s land was allocated to plant native flora to foster a natural environment.

The project was developed by Traverso & Pérez (T&P), a real estate developer with over 30 years of experience in Guayaquil and Santa Elena. As a leading developer, T&P believes it is their responsibility to do their part to reduce their environmental impact and hopes that Almar will be recognized as a project that maintains harmony with nature. The project has also been financed by Banco Bolivariano, which is committed to the sustainable development of Ecuador.

Almar Torre A has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
