Arenillo – Arboleda del Campestre
Arenillo – Arboleda del Campestre is a new 600-unit apartment complex in Ibagué. The complex is ideally located in a country setting, surrounded by parks with multiple courts and spaces specially designed for the well-being of families.
The units were designed to conserve natural resources, allowing residents to save on utility bills and live more environmentally friendly lifestyles. LED lighting, reflective paint, lighting controls, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will be used to reduce the towers’ energy and water use.
