Arista Logispace, a part of Arista Group in Ahmedabad, has developed a new logistic and industrial park in Jalisana. Capable of accommodating over 300,000 square meters of modern logistics space, Arista Industrial Park can meet a diverse set of business needs.
Aligned with Arista Logispace’s commitment to a greener tomorrow, the Arista Industrial Park Warehouse was built as an example of resource-efficiency in the industrial sector. Solar photovoltaics, energy-saving lighting and roof insulation were installed to reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing and a grey water treatment and recycling system were installed to reduce the building’s water use. Skylights were also incorporated into the design of the warehouse, providing daylight to half of the floor area.
The Arista Industrial Park Warehouse has received EDGE Advanced certification from GBCI.

Reduced window to wall ratio, insulation for the roof, solar photovoltaics, energy-saving lighting in internal and external spaces and skylights to provide daylight to 50 percent of the top floor.

Aerators and auto shut-off faucets, dual flush water closets, water-efficient urinals and a grey water treatment and recycling system.
Materials
In-situ trough concrete for floor slabs, steel (zinc or galvanized iron) sheets on steel rafters for the roof, FaLG blocks for external and internal walls, steel profile cladding for external walls, finished concrete flooring and aluminum window frames.
