Boreal Colsubsidio
Boreal Colsubsidio is a six-tower apartment complex, bringing 1,008 units to the housing market in Bogotá. Tower 1 containing a total of 196 apartments has now achieve Final EDGE Certification. Each of the units has three bedrooms and range from 74 to 102 square meters. Designed for families, the apartment complex will feature numerous areas for all to enjoy, including a fitness center, playground, pool, pet area, game room and more.
The apartment complex was designed to reduce its environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. Energy-saving lighting, roof insulation and a high-efficiency boiler reduce the building’s energy use, while dual-flush water closets and low-flow plumbing fixtures reduce the building’s water use.
