Boreal Colsubsidio
Boreal Colsubsidio is a six-tower apartment complex, bringing 1,008 units to the housing market in Bogotá. Each of the units will have three bedrooms and range from 74 to 102 square meters. Designed for families, the apartment complex will feature numerous areas for all to enjoy, including a fitness center, playground, pool, pet area, game room and more.
The apartment complex was designed to reduce its environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. Energy-saving lighting, roof insulation and a high-efficiency boiler will reduce the building’s energy use, while dual-flush water closets and low-flow plumbing fixtures will reduce the building’s water use.
Amarilo, the developer of the project, has led the development of urban housing projects in Colombia for more than 27 years. The company is committed to building spaces that offer a strong sense of community and an environmentally-responsible lifestyle for residents.
Boreal Colsubsidio has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
