Casavento
Casavento, is a housing project located in Verde Alfaguara at the intersection of Avenida del Lago and between Boulevard Alfaguara and Callejón de los Naranjos, a place of great residential and commercial expansion in Jamundí, close to shopping centers, schools and universities.
The complex consists of 139 two-story houses that offer the possibility of adaptability and growth through the incorporation of spaces that respond to the needs of the owners, in lots from 153.44 m2 to 286.79 m2 approximately, which are complemented by an incredible environment, consisting of approximately 200,000 m2 of large public green areas, 4 kilometers of pedestrian paths, 7 kilometers of bicycle routes, a small square, a 62,800 m2 bio-healthy boulevard, 2 bio-healthy stations, 2 multi-sports courts and 4 natural lakes that have been totally recovered, factors that generate a healthy and rural environment that is ideal for the owner families.
