CEDI Distribution Center Barranquilla
EDGE Advanced
The CEDI Barranquilla distribution center is located on the Troncal del Caribe, in the municipality of Galapa in Atlántico, 18 km from the city of Barranquilla.
This project is currently under construction, with an area of 19,700 square meters of construction on a lot of 40,000 square meters. It features facilities for warehouse and storage logistics, EDGE certification in design and construction, a wastewater treatment system, high-performance materials used for facade and roof construction, translucent tiles for natural lighting 3combined with LED bulbs, and water-saving plumbing and water management systems.
Its design allows for thermal comfort inside the project, achieving a significant reduction in water and energy consumption thanks to the efficiency strategies applied to it.
CEDI Distribution Center Barranquilla has achieved a Preliminary EDGE Advanced Certificate from CAMACOL.
