Chacarilla Residential
Located in the San Borja district of Lima, Chacarilla Residential is a five-story, green apartment building with 15 units. Underneath the building is a basement with parking for bicycles and a recycling center for waste, while on top there is a green roof. The building utilizes strategies to reduce energy, water and embodied energy in materials, with the result that nearly 15 tons of CO2 per year will be eliminated.
