Located in the San Borja district of Lima, Chacarilla Residential is a five-story, green apartment building with 15 units. Underneath the building is a basement with parking for bicycles and a recycling center for waste, while on top there is a green roof. The building utilizes strategies to reduce energy, water and embodied energy in materials, with the result that nearly 15 tons of CO2 per year will be eliminated.

Chacarilla Residential has been developed by ROSIAM, a company with nearly a dozen years of experience. ROSIAM is committed to providing solutions for modern, functional and well-located residences, creating contemporary architecture of great quality while being responsible to the environment.
