Ciprés
Located in the northern area of the Municipality of Pitalito, Ciprés is a 72-unit, social interest housing project. Residents will enjoy the community’s large social areas, heated pool, playground and BBQ.
The two and three-bedroom condos will be built to reduce energy and water usage, incorporating external shading devices, LED lighting, dual-flush water closets and other low-flow plumbing fixtures. Residents will benefit from the energy and water savings with lower utility bills.
Ciprés is being developed by Leon Aguilera S.A, who is committed to the environmental sustainability of its projects. EDGE certification allows Leon Aguilera S.A. to quantify the resource efficiency of its buildings and the projected operational savings for its customers.
Ciprés has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
