Citadines Sudirman Jakarta

Citadines Sudirman Jakarta is a 253-unit complex in Jakarta. The project was  developed by Ciputra Adibuana with Asia Green Real Estate as an investor, who has worked with IFC since 2017 to help its clients identify the most cost-effective solutions to build green. Asia Green Real Estate has dedicated green building experts who analyze the resource efficiency of each project and help develop buildings that are environmentally, economically, and socially sound. The company has already invested in more than two million square meters of sustainable floor space and has achieved EDGE certification for a number of projects.

Citadines Sudirman Jakarta has received Final EDGE Certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
