Citra Towers (North Tower)
Citra Towers is an office building located in Kemayoran, a district in Central Jakarta. The 29-story North Tower features exquisite design, spacious floor plans and panoramic views of the city.
The North Tower utilizes resource-efficient features and technologies to reduce its environmental impact and save on operating costs. LED lighting, low-E coated glass windows and a variable refrigerant flow cooling system reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing fixtures and both grey and black water treatment and recycling systems reduce the building’s water use.
Citra Towers’ developer, the Ciputra Group, is committed to pushing the boundaries of sustainable design to create workplaces that increase efficiency and productivity. Ciputra Group designed and built the North Tower to serve as an example of resource efficiency in Kemayoran and raise the community’s environmental awareness.
Citra Tower’s North Tower has received final EDGE certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
