Civita
Civita is a real estate development located in the municipality of Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia. It consists of six apartment towers and a platform of common areas including: swimming pool, social lounge, tennis court, co-working area, among others. Sustainability strategies and bioclimatic analysis have been developed and implemented for this project to guarantee the comfort of its residents. This project will be developed in stages, the first of which is Tower 2, which is in the process of EDGE certification and obtained pre-certification in designs. It is expected to continue with this process for future stages.
Civita has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from CAMACOL.
