Colinas de El Mameyal
Colinas de El Mameyal is located west of the city of Santiago de Cali. Its location allows for easy pedestrian and vehicular access, and is close to complimentary services such as schools, supermarkets, recreational areas and sites of cultural interest. The building contains 213 apartments distributed amongst three towers of 17 and 18 floors with protected stairs and independent shuts for organic and recyclable waste.
The project has been designed, promoted and built by Jaramillo Mora Constructora S.A., a Colombian company committed to sustainable construction and climate change mitigation.
The Colinas de El Mameyal has been granted a Preliminary EDGE Certificate by CAMACOL.
