Cumbre de los Alpes
Cumbre de los Alpes is a multi-family housing project with 57 housing units, located in the Los Alpes neighborhood of the city of Pereira. The building has a series of amenities including a social room, a terrace for children and pets, a coworking area, a gym with a balcony and a solarium on the top floor with a sunbathing area and BBQ.
The Cumbre de los Alpes building was built and developed by Contecho SAS and TIPSA, two Pereiran companies committed to implementing measures that allow the optimization of resources in the design and development of their projects.
Cumbre los Alpes has received Final EDGE Certification from SGS-Sintali.

Materials
Exposed cored bricks with internal plaster and honeycomb clay block for external walls and plasterboards on metal studs and honeycomb clay blocks with plaster on both sides for internal walls, concrete slabs for floors and roofs, and steel-clad sandwich panel roofs.
