Denali
The four-floor Denali apartment building is located in an exclusive area of Cumbayá, a community east of Quito in the beautiful Tumbaco Valley. Featuring communal gardens and views of the surrounding green areas, residents of the building’s 19 units will be able to live among nature while still having easy access to shopping centers, universities, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Homeowners will benefit from lower utility bills as all units reduce energy and water usage through energy-saving outdoor lighting, an energy-efficient heat pump for hot water generation, water-efficient plumbing fixtures and more.
Denali is being built by RFS Constructora, a developer committed to reducing the environmental impact of its projects with resource-efficient materials and technologies. Through projects like Denali, RFS Constructora is hoping to set a new construction standard in Ecuador.
Denali has received final EDGE certification from GBCI.

*Part of the energy efficiency percentage may be associated with virtual energy for comfort depending on the presence of heating and cooling systems. Note that virtual energy does not contribute savings to utility bills.
