EDGE Advanced
Deposeguro 3 is a warehouse building located in Santiago de Surco district of Lima, Peru. The project is dedicated to rent small storage spaces to users and enterprises. Through the incorporation of resource-efficient features such as reflective paint for roof, energy-saving lighting and water-saving plumbing features, the building was able to substantially reduce its energy and water consumption and energy embodied in construction materials.
This is the third building by Deposeguro applying for EDGE certification. The building has reached EDGE Advanced certification, being the second building by Deposeguro to reach this achievement.
Deposeguro has received Final EDGE Advanced Certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
