Ecohome 3 – Tower N02 & N03
Ecohome 3’s high-rise residential towers consist of three towers with 2,197 green apartments for the social housing market in the Bac Tu Liem District of Hanoi. Apartments will be priced at approximately US$40,000 each, ensuring that a green home is available to all.
Ecohome 3 is being built by Capital House, a real estate investor dedicated to improving the resource efficiency of commercial buildings and social housing through energy-smart architectural design. The homes will cost Capital House an additional 1% to build, demonstrating the affordability of green design for social housing. In 2018, Capital House won the Achievement in Transformational Infrastructure: Green Buildings award from The Financial Times for their EDGE-certified property, Ecohome Phuc Loi.
Ecohome 3 has received Final EDGE Certification from SGS Vietnam.
