EcoLife Riverside
EcoLife Riverside is a 20-story high-rise apartment building in Quy Nhon city in Vietnam. Featuring ample green spaces and views of the nearby Hà Thanh River, residents of the building’s 694 units will be able to live among nature while still having access to the city center.
The one, two and three-bedroom apartments will be built to reduce energy and water usage, allowing residents to save on utility bills and lower their carbon footprint.
EcoLife Riverside is being built by Capital House, a real estate investor dedicated to spreading green values to the communities in which it operates. An EDGE champion, Capital House incorporates energy-smart technologies and architectural design into its commercial and residential buildings.
