Edificio Anexo BdP
Banco del Pacífico, a leading financial institution in Ecuador, is remodeling its Edificio Anexo BdP office in Guayaquil. The nine-story office building will provide employees with a new, collaborative space to work.
Aligned with Banco del Pacífico’s commitment to the environment, the new office will be remodeled to incorporate resource-efficient design and technology. Solar photovoltaics, LED lighting and external shading devices will be used to reduce the office’s energy use, while dual-flush water closets and water-efficient plumbing fixtures will reduce the office’s water use. To further lessen the environmental impact of the project, the remodel will reuse the existing floors, roof and external walls.
Throughout Banco del Pacífico’s 48-year history, it has worked to offer its clients innovative products and services to meet the needs of Ecuadorians. The bank’s current leadership is renewing that promise with a digital transformation that will define a sustainable business model and demonstrate a commitment to the community and the environment.
Edificio Anexo BdP has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
