Located in the Altamira neighborhood of Barranquilla, Edificio Biel is a 95-unit apartment building. The building’s one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments feature large common spaces, making them ideal for families.
The apartments utilize resource-efficient technologies, allowing residents to save on utilities and live more environmentally-friendly lifestyles. External shading devices and LED lighting reduce the building’s energy use, while dual flush water closets and low-flow faucets lower the building’s water use.
