Flora Fuji
Located in the urban area of Nam Long on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, the Flora Fuji residences provide comfortable, energy-efficient apartments facing the Rach Chiec River. The buildings were developed by Vietnam’s Nam Long Investment Corporation, but are designed in the flora Japanese style with the inspiration of Japanese investors Hankyu Realty and Nishi Nippon Railroad. The Flora Fuji apartments were named after the flowers that bloom on Japan’s Fuji Mountain, evoking a sense of beauty, resilience and harmonious design with nature. The floral inspiration has resulted in elegant living spaces that optimize natural light and air, bringing a sense of Japanese style to Vietnam.
The 16-floor Flora Fuji building, designed by Nagecco Architecture, contains 789 one, two and three-bedroom units. With less glass on the facade, reflective paint for the roof and external walls, low-flow showerheads and faucets and energy-saving lighting, the buildings conserve resources and offer lower utility bills for residents. Residents also enjoy the ample green space, which covers 70% of the property. Nam Long Investment Corporation has over 25 years of development experience in Vietnam. The company, which was established in 1992 as the first non-state developer in Vietnam, seeks to use effective designs to optimize space for residents. Its projects have housed over 10,000 families.
The Nam Long Flora Fuji apartments have received a preliminary EDGE certificate from SGS Vietnam.
