Gedung KLMS
EDGE Advanced
Gedung KLMS is a one-story office building for Indonesia Power, a state-owned utility company. The project was developed by PT Power Sejati Engineering, and is located in North Jakarta.
To meet international standards for resource efficiency, energy and water-saving technologies were incorporated into the design, construction and internal processes of the building. Reflective paint, an energy-efficient HVAC system and LED lighting reduce the office building’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing fixtures and a rainwater harvesting system reduce its water consumption. Solar photovoltaic provide 22.5% of the building’s electricity use.
Gedung KLMS has received Final EDGE Advanced Certification from Green Building Council Indonesia.
