Grand Strikeville 4
Grand Strikeville 4 is bringing 1,012 affordable units to the residential market in Bacoor. Developed by Phinma Property Holdings Corporation in partnership with the PAGIBIG Fund and the local government of Bacoor, the residential complex provides needed subsidized and affordable housing for the community.
The residential complex utilizes resource-efficient design features and technologies to reduce its environmental impact and lower utility costs for residents, ultimately making it more affordable. Technologies that have been integrated into the project include external shading devices, solar photovoltaics, LED lighting, and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
