Gravura Perdizes

Gravura Perdizes is a residential apartment complex located in one of the most inspiring points of the Perdizes neighborhood, on Aimberê street within 350 meters from the Vila Madalena station. the project is being developed by the Tegra real estate development company.
The condominium will have 92 four-bedroom units, with 88 apartments measuring 157 m² and four duplex properties measuring 316 m². The project also includes 120 studios from 23m² to 27m².

It was designed by Kv Arquitetos with landscape design by Alex Hanazaki and interior design by Fernanda Marques.
The residential building will have complete solar water heating systems, insulating elements on the roofs and efficient glass to ensure greater thermal comfort, in addition to optimized LED lighting systems in common areas.

Gravura Perdizes had EDGE Expert services provided by Daniela Corcuera and auditing by Andres Schwarz, both from Quanta Studio.

The project was developed by Tegra Incorporadora, the fifth- largest real estate and development company in Brazil, a subsidiary of Canadian Brookfield Asset Management.
The company has offset 100% of carbon emissions from its works since 2019, scope 1, 2 and 3, which also considers the impact of the suppliers, and stands out for recycling more than 97% of the waste generated in their construction sites.

Gravura Perdizes has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
