Green Building Wisma Subiyanto
Located in the Pasar Rebo subdistrict of East Jakarta, Green Building Wisma Subiyanto (GBWS) is the headquarters of state-owned contractor, PT PP (Persero) Tbk. A pioneer of green development in Indonesia, PT PP (Persero) Tbk is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its projects and encouraging the development of green buildings in Indonesia.
Aligned with PT PP (Persero) Tbk’s commitment to green construction, the office was built to reduce its energy and water use. LED lighting, a reduced window to wall ratio, dual-flush water closets and low-flow plumbing fixtures were some of the resource-efficient design features and technologies incorporated into the building.
Built in 2013, the building’s resource efficiency has contributed to operational savings. GBWS has received final EDGE certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
