Haciendas de San Antonio

Haciendas de San Antonio

Dedicated to addressing the affordable housing crisis, EchoStone offers solutions that quickly deliver sustainable housing to low and middle-income communities around the world. Developed in partnership with Arvec Anteproyecto, Haciendas de San Antonio represents the first 124 homes that EchoStone has constructed in Central America. Located in Pacora, the residences were built using the EchoStone Housing System of construction.

The homes were designed to reduce energy and water usage, helping residents to save on utility costs. Energy-saving lighting, reflective paint and tiles, insulation, and external shading devices contribute to the homes’ energy savings, while low-flow plumbing fixtures contribute to the homes’ water savings.

The EchoStone Housing System also increases the resource efficiency of the homes through innovative construction methods. By distributing cellular lightweight concrete (CLC) into lightweight plastic forms, a more durable monolithic structure is constructed. This system was also used to build EchoStone’s EDGE-certified Peridot Parkland Estate in Lagos.

Haciendas de San Antonio en Pacora has received final EDGE certification from thinkstep-SGS.
