Ho Chi Minh City Innovation Start-Up Hub
Ho Chi Minh City Innovation Start-Up Hub is a 8-storey office project located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With the goal of bringing the best spaces and facilities to the start-up community in Ho Chi Minh, it is expected to be a center for creativities and a platform for start-up activities such as high-tech industries, e-commerce, information technology. The project was designed by Consultancy Company of University of Civil Engineering (CCU).
By incorporating modern technologies such as prefabricated GRC panels for external shading devices, low-E coated glass, solar photovoltaics, energy-saving appliances such as LED lightbulbs and water-efficient sanitary features, Start-up Hub was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption, resulting in a more sustainable construction project with low carbon footprint.
Ho Chi Minh City Innovation Start-Up Hub has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from SGS.
