Kyria

Kyria is a new, 27-unit apartment complex in the financial center of Quito. The building is ideally located just a few steps from La Carolina Park and in close proximity to a metro station. Residents will enjoy the complex’s privacy with only three apartments per floor and its beautiful finishes.

The one, two, and three-bedroom apartments were designed to reduce their environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. LED lighting, low-E coated glass, a heat pump for hot water generation, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the apartments’ energy and water use.

The project is being developed by Elmir Grupo Inmobiliario. A family business, Elmir is committed to developing homes that meet the needs of families in Ecuador. By developing homes that save energy and water, Elmir will help families save on utilities and reduce their environmental impact.

Kyria has received an EDGE Advanced certificate from GBCI.
