La Castellana
La Castellana is a new 216-unit social housing project in the southern part of the Municipality of Pitalito. Residents will enjoy the complex’s spacious social areas, heated pool, gym, and playground.
The three-bedroom apartments will be built to reduce energy and water usage, incorporating external shading devices, energy-saving lighting, dual-flush water closets, and low-flow plumbing fixtures. Residents will benefit from the energy and water savings with lower utility bills.
La Castellana is being developed by Leon Aguilera S.A, who is committed to the environmental sustainability of his projects. EDGE certification allows Leon Aguilera S.A. to quantify the efficiency of its buildings and the projected operational savings for its customers. Leon Aguilera S.A. has also certified Ciprés.
