La Gran Reserva Palma
La Gran Reserva Palma is a three-building apartment complex in the heart of Pereira. Residents will enjoy the convenient location within the city and the excellent functionality of the buildings’ common areas.
Located between the forest reserve and the bend of the Consota River, La Gran Reserva Palma was designed to reduce its environmental impact. LED lighting, lighting controls, dual-flush water closets, low-flow plumbing fixtures and more will be installed to reduce the buildings’ energy and water use. Residents of the buildings’ 210 units will benefit from the resource efficiency of the building with its lower utility costs.
La Gran Reserva Palma is one of three housing projects being developed by Laterizio S.A.S in association with Incol and 57uno Arquitectura. The housing projects have been designed to generate prosperity and well-being for the city, while still functioning in harmony with nature.
