La Vista Villas
EDGE Advanced
La Vista Villas is a real estate project of luxury villas with a sea view, located on the island of Phuket on the top of a mountain in Chalong district, Thailand. The project is comprised of 11 villas of 3 types: two-story, three-story and four-story, ranging from 416 square meters to 1,139 square meters in floor space. In just a 10 minute drive from the villas there are 4 gorgeous beaches, several international schools as well as all other necessary infrastructure.
The project reduced energy consumption through measures such as insulation of roofs, ceiling fans in habitable areas, high COP air-conditioning systems, and energy-saving lightbulbs, while also achieving a reduction in water consumption and embodied energy with low-flow water fixture and AAC blocks.
La Vista Villas has received a Preliminary EDGE Advanced Certificate from Sintali-SGS with the consultancy support of Ardor Green team, Vietnam.
