Las Violetas is a new 494-unit apartment complex in the Ciudad Tres Quebradas residential development. Located just south of the city of Bogotá, Las Violetas is ideally located. Residents of the apartment complex’s six towers will share a communal building that features a social room, gym, children’s room, and terrace.

The towers were designed to reduce energy and water usage, allowing residents to save on utility bills and live more environmentally friendly lifestyles. Energy-saving lighting, natural ventilation, and lighting controls will be used to reduce the towers’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will be used to reduce the towers’ water use.

The developer of the project, Constructora Bolívar, has led the Colombian market in the development of urban housing projects for all income levels for more than 30 years. The company is committed to sustainable construction that not only conserves natural resources, but also generates value for its clients. Constructora Bolívar has also certified 127 Living176 ParkArboleda del Campestre-LaurelNordikaPrado ParkPark Living,  Senderos de Reserva de Curinca, and Lunaria.
