LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur – Edificio 200

LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur is a 24-hectares logistics park in the valley of Lima’s Lurin district. The park’s three warehouses offer a modern space for distribution in a growing urban hub of Peru. Built as an example of resource efficiency in the industrial sector, a grey water treatment and recycling system was installed in the logistics parks to reduce the its water use by almost 80 percent. The wastewater is reused for irrigation of the property’s 16,000 square meters of gardens.

LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur’s Edificio 200 reduces its energy usage by almost half through energy-saving lighting in the sales area, reflective paint and roof insulation. Skylights were also incorporated into the design, providing daylight to half of the floor area.

The developer, LatAm Logístico Properties (LLP), understands the unique local market dynamics in urban hubs across Latin America. They develop, acquire and operate state-of-the-art, Class-A warehouses in Peru, Colombia and Costa Rica. Leveraging its team throughout the region, the company provides local expertise in market dynamics, site selection and regulatory approvals.

LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur has received two final EDGE certifications from GBCI, with Edificio 200 receiving EDGE Advanced certification.
