Latural
Latural is a new 122-unit apartment complex in Panama City. Ideally located in the heart of the city, the apartment complex is within walking distance of restaurants, schools, supermarkets, and recreational parks. Designed by Mallol Arquitectos, the apartment complex will have a distinctive look with vegetation covering the exterior.
The one, two, and three-bedroom apartments were designed to reduce their environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. Energy-saving lighting, a variable refrigerant volume cooling system, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the apartments’ energy and water use.
The developers of the project, Altius Panama and AJ Dayan, are committed to providing Panamanians with the opportunity to live environmentally friendly lifestyles through the development of resource-efficient homes.
Latural has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
