Level Alphaville
The MPD construction company is nationally recognized as the 3rd largest construction company in the country, according to the Intec 2021 Ranking. The company’s focus is on details and personalization of their products by developing projects that represent great ideas and new stories.
The Level Alphaville project is an apartment building with 39 floors and was developed by MPD Engenharia together with Albino Nunes Holding. Located on Av. Sagittarius, 233 – Alphaville Empresarial, in the city of Barueri in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
The Alphaville region provides a counterpoint and has become a hub of opportunities to live or work, offering a better quality of life. Another favorable point is real estate prices, which can reach values up to 50% lower than in the capital. And it has more advantages: according to the IBGE website, Barueri is among the 10% best cities in the state of São Paulo to live in, with excellent numbers in the HDI, GDP and per capita income.
Saving measures were adopted, such as rainwater retention and reuse, a recyclable waste deposit and individual water meters.
