Los Angeles
Los Angeles is a new, 16-unit apartment complex in Miraflores. Residents will enjoy the flexibility of the building’s floorplans and its proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, schools, and parks.
The one, two, and four-bedroom apartments were designed to reduce their environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. LED lighting, external shading devices, dual-flush water closets, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the apartments’ energy and water use.
The developer of the project, Inmobiliaria Danfra, is committed to meeting the needs of families in Peru. With an emphasis on improving its customers’ well-being, the resource efficiency of the Los Angeles apartment complex will allow residents to save on utilities.
Los Angeles has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
