Melao is a 118-unit residential complex in the city of Palmira. The project was designed and built by Jaramillo Mora Constructora, and advised by SUMAC.

Efficient-flush water closets and low-flow showerheads and faucets for kitchen sinks and washbasins.
Materials
In-situ reinforced concrete for the floor, clay roofing tiles on steel rafters for the roof construction, and honeycomb clay blocks with plaster for the internal and external walls.
