Monte Verde Origin

The four-floor Monte Verde Origin apartment complex is located in the heart of the San Borja district of Lima. Residents of the multifamily building’s three and four-bedroom units will enjoy their apartment’s open-concept and outdoor space.

Homeowners will benefit from lower utility bills as all units reduce energy and water usage through higher thermal performance windows, energy-saving lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures and more. In addition to incorporating resource-efficient measures, the apartments will incorporate structural post-tensioning technology to protect the homes during an earthquake.

The developer of the project, Monte Verde, is committed to the sustainable and resilient development of infrastructure in Peru and throughout the region. By incorporating resource-efficient technology and features into its buildings, Monte Verde provides customers with homes that increase the quality of their lives and lower maintenance costs.

Monte Verde Origin has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
