Mukava del Valle
Mukava del Valle is a 112-unit housing complex in Pereira. Residents will enjoy the nature surrounding the complex, while still having easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.
The two-story units were designed to reduce their environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. LED lighting and insulation of the roof will contribute to the building’s energy savings, while dual-flush water closets and low-flow plumbing fixtures will contribute to water savings.
The developer of the project, Asul S.A.S., is committed to providing cheerful homes for Colombians. With an emphasis on improving its customers’ quality of life, Asul S.A.S. incorporated resource-efficient technologies into the project to enable residents to save on utilities and live more environmentally-friendly lifestyles.
Mukava del Valle has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
