Novum Ricaurte is a new 371-unit apartment complex in Bogotá. The complex is ideally located with access to the main roads of the city and the Ricaurte Transmilenio stations. Residents will also enjoy the nearby shopping centers.
The apartment complex’s two-bedroom units were designed to conserve natural resources, allowing residents to save on utility bills and live more environmentally friendly lifestyles. LED lighting, lighting controls, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will be used to reduce the towers’ energy and water use.
