Oficinas FINSA Aguascalientes
FINSA, a leading industrial real estate company in Mexico, has opened a new office in Aguascalientes. Located within the FINSA Industrial Park of Aguascalientes, the office provides a more productive and resource-efficient work space for employees. The functionality and modernity of the new office will allow FINSA to continue to offer its clients innovative and quality real estate solutions.
LED lighting, a variable refrigerant volume cooling system and external shading devices were installed to reduce the office’s energy use, while dual-flush water closets and water-efficient plumbing fixtures were installed to reduce the office’s water use. The energy and water savings lower the office’s operating costs.
FINSA is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its industrial projects through resource-efficient design and technologies. The Aguascalientes office is an example of this commitment, as is the EDGE-certified FINSA office in Santa Catarina.
Oficinas FINSA Aguascalientes has received EDGE Advanced certification from GBCI.
