Park Living
Park Living is bringing 1,040 units to the residential market in Bogotá. Designed to create a sense of community among its residents, the apartment complex will feature meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and entertainment areas. Residents will also enjoy its privileged location close to the Transmilenio and nearby bike paths.
The one-bedroom units were designed to conserve natural resources, helping residents save on utility costs. Natural ventilation and LED lighting will reduce the units’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will reduce the units’ water use.
The developer of the project, Constructora Bolívar, has led the Colombian market in the development of urban housing projects for all income levels for more than 30 years. The company is committed to sustainable construction that generates value for its clients. Constructora Bolívar has also certified 127 Living, 176 Park, Arboleda del Campestre-Laurel, Nordika, and Prado Park.
Park Living has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
